At The Cannoli Factory, we have over 65,000 square feet of baking, mixing and frying capabilities. By employing artisan craftsmanship with commercial automation, we can make just about any dessert you need: from layer cakes, cheesecakes and cannoli to breads, muffins, cookies and baked goods.

Our desserts are sensitively prepared and created to our exacting standards, ensuring the highest quality and consistency throughout production. We carefully select our ingredients from around the world, and mix them to tight specifications.

Our four manufacturing facilities have extensive baking, frying and mixing capabilities, enabling us to handle every type of job – from short custom runs to large national and international rollouts for multi-unit operators.

The Cannoli Factory adheres to rigorous food safety and quality assurance programs to ensure product safety at all levels.
Meticulous care is employed throughout every stage of production – from raw materials handling and process controls, to laboratory testing and final inspection of finished goods.
Our manufacturing facilities are certified by the esteemed BRC Global Food Safety Initiative Certification and consistently achieve the highest ratings on BRC and client audits year after year.
All of our items are trans-fat free, and most are certified Kosher.
